The bottle  has a very good seal that doesn’t leak when stored in a back pack. Bicycle water bottles are typically made of soft plastic that causes the water to taste like plastic. They also tend to leak. The VOSS bottle is high quality plastic that doesn’t change the taste of the water. Yesterday I saw the movie No Reservations and noticed that the chef in the movie was drinking from a VOSS water bottle with the red label just like the one pictured above. Her hand was covering the label, so I don’t know if it was an official product placement or not. VOSS water can be ordered in cases from Aqua Maestro. The cost for the water, even with shipping, is less than what you’d spend on the same number of empty water bottles at the store.
